I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with a sense of balance and inner peace. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies—including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples—to support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, honoring both your story and your goals.

Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but it is often the first step toward meaningful transformation. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful.
